哌拉西林钠唑巴坦钠联合消炎利胆片治疗慢性胆囊炎的效果
Effect of Piperacillin Sodium combined with Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets in the treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis

摘要
目的:探讨哌拉西林钠唑巴坦钠联合消炎利胆片在慢性胆囊炎治疗中的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析2021年9月—2022 年 7 月我院门诊收治的 68 例慢性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象.根据患者入院单双日的顺序分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=32).对照组单用哌拉西林钠唑巴坦钠静脉滴注,观察组在此基础上联用消炎利胆片,比较两组治疗效果、特异性症状缓解时间、胆囊壁厚度、排空率及血清学指标.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的78.12%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组腹痛、上腹不适和消化不良症状缓解时间均快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胆囊壁厚度低于对照组,排空率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组外周血清中TBA、IL-6、Lep水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在哌拉西林钠唑巴坦钠用药基础上联用消炎利胆片治疗慢性胆囊炎临床效果更佳,可有效缓解临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,有利于患者身体康复.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 68 patients with chronic cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to July 2022 was conducted.The patients were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=32)according to the order of admission.The control group was given piperacillin sodium and zobactam sodium intravenously,and the observation group was given Xiaoyan Lidan tablets on this basis.The treatment effect,specific symptom relief time,gallbladder wall thickness,emptying rate and serological indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 78.12%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the remission time of abdominal pain,upper abdominal discomfort and dyspepsia symptoms in the observation group was faster than that in the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of gallbladder wall in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the emptying rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TBA,IL-6 and Lep in peripheral serum of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the use of piperacillin sodium and zobactam sodium,combined with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets has a better clinical effect in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and is conducive to the physical recovery of patients.
