Effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules Assisted with Yousiyue in the Treatment of Patients After Hysteroscopic Surgery
Objective:To observe the effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules assisted with Yousiyue in the treatment of patients after hysteroscopy.Methods:A total of 70 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding or endometrial thickening during the perimenopausal period admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Second People's Hospital of Lingbao City,Henan Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received Yousiyue assisted hysteroscopy,while the research group received Baogong Zhixue Granule and Yousiyue assisted hysteroscopy.The TCM symptom scores,Hb,Hct,hormone levels(LH,FSH,E2,P),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The symptom scores and hormone levels(LH,FSH,E2,P)of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the Hb and Hct levels were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Baogong Zhixue Granule and Yousiyue assisted hysteroscopy has an ideal effect on patients with abnormal uterine bleeding or endometrial thickening during perimenopausal examination.It can effectively reduce patient hormone levels,improve clinical symptoms and coagulation function,and the combination treatment does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
