摘要
目的:探讨枳实大黄汤加减联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效及安全性.方法:选取 2020年1月1日—2023年1月1日我院接诊的85例患者作为研究对象,分为对照组(41例)和研究组(44例).对照组接受依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,研究组接受枳实大黄汤加减联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗.比较两组炎性因子水平、丙二醛指标水平、超氧化物歧化酶指标水平、一氧化氮指标水平、神经功能、运动功能、不良反应、生活质量.结果:治疗后,研究组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血清丙二醛和一氧化氮水平低于对照组、超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组神经功能评分低于对照组、运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:枳实大黄汤加减联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者,可降低患者炎性因子指标水平,改善患者血清丙二醛指标水平、超氧化物歧化酶指标水平、一氧化氮指标水平,减轻患者神经功能缺损程度,提升患者运动功能和生活质量,并且未增加不良反应发生情况.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Zhishi Dadhuang decoction combined with edavondol in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 85 patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2020 to January 1,2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(41 patients)and study group(44 patients).The control group was treated with edaravone dextrorphan,and the study group was treated with modified Zhishi Dahuang decoction combined with edaravone dextrorphan.The levels of inflammatory factors,malondialdehyde index,superoxide dismutase index,nitric oxide index,neurological function,motor function,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the motor function score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with acute ischemic stroke,it can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve serum malondialdehyde,superoxide dismutase and nitrogen oxide levels,reduce the neurological function deficiency in patients,improve motor function and quality of life,and did not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
