中药熏蒸辅助抗病毒药物治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的效果
Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Assisted with Antiviral Drugs in the Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis

摘要
目的:探讨中药熏蒸辅助抗病毒药物联合治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效.方法:选取 2023 年 5 月—2024年 1 月本院看诊的单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者 90 例,遵循随机分化法将患者分为观察组、对照组,各 45 例.对照组实施抗病毒药物治疗,观察组则在以上基础上联合中药熏蒸.比较两组治疗效果、症状体征消失时间、视力改善情况.结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05);观察组充血消肿时间、溃疡愈合时间及刺激消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视力改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎,采取中药熏蒸+抗病毒药物联合治疗效果更好,可缓解临床症状,改善患者视力.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with antiviral drugs in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.Methods:A total of 90 patients with herpes simplex keratitis who were treated in our hospital from May 2023 to January 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random differentiation method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with antiviral drugs,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the above.The treatment effect,disappearance time of symptoms and signs and improvement of visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.44%in the control group(P<0.05).The congestion and detumescence time,ulcer healing time and stimulation disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For herpes simplex keratitis,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and antiviral drugs is more effective,which can relieve clinical symptoms and improve patients'vision.
