宣肺解痉方联合吸入糖皮质激素治疗支气管哮喘患儿的效果
Effect of Xuanfei Jiejing Decoction Combined with Inhaled Corticosteroids in the Treatment of Children with Bronchial Asthma

摘要
目的:分析支气管哮喘患儿应用宣肺解痉方配合吸入糖皮质激素的效果.方法:选取本院 2022 年 1 月—2023年 1 月看诊的支气管哮喘患儿 100 例,遵循随机分化法将上述患儿分为观察组、对照组,各 50 例.对照组采取吸入糖皮质激素治疗,观察组则在以上基础上联合宣肺解痉方进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、气道炎症因子指标[白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]及肺功能指标[峰流速(PEF)、第 1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)].结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的 86.00%(P<0.05);观察组PEF、FEV1、FVC水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-4、IL-8 和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:宣肺解痉方配合吸入糖皮质激素应用于支气管哮喘患儿中的效果较好,临床症状改善明显,减轻了气道炎症,促进了肺功能康复,使得患儿病情得到好转,利于预后.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Xuanfei Jiejing Decoction combined with inhaled glucocorticoids in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 100 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.The children were divided into observation group and control group according to the random differentiation method,with 50 children in each group.The control group was treated with inhaled corticosteroids,while the observation group was treated with Xuanfei Jiejing Decoction on the basis of the above.The clinical efficacy,airway inflammatory factor indexes[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and lung function indexes[peak flow rate(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PEF,FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanfei Jiejing Decoction combined with inhaled glucocorticoids is effective in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma.The clinical symptoms are improved obviously,the airway inflammation is reduced,the pulmonary function rehabilitation is promoted,and the condition of the children is improved,which is beneficial to the prognosis.
