知信行干预联合舒适护理在瑞舒伐他汀治疗颈部血管不稳定性斑块患者期间的应用效果

摘要
目的:探讨知信行护理干预联合舒适护理在瑞舒伐他汀干预颈部血管不稳定性斑块中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年9月—2023年1月医院诊治的颈部血管不稳定性斑块患者85例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为知信行组43例与对照组 42 例.所有患者都给予瑞舒伐他汀干预,连续口服用药 24 周.对照组在用药期间给予常规舒适护理,知信行组在对照组护理基础上给予知信行护理干预,比较两组服药依从性、自我护理能力、生活质量及主要脑血管事件发生率.结果:知信行组服药依从性为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);知信行组自我护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);知信行组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);知信行组主要脑血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:知信行护理干预联合舒适护理在瑞舒伐他汀干预颈部血管不稳定性斑块中能提高患者的服药依从性与自我护理能力,改善患者的生活质量,降低主要脑血管事件发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing in rosuvastatin intervention of cervical vascular unstable plaque.Methods:A total of 85 patients with cervical vascular instability plaque treated in the hospital from September 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and 43 patients were divided into the communication group and 42 patients in the control group according to the random number table method.All patients were given rosuvastatin intervention with continuous oral administration for 24 weeks.The control group was given routine comfort nursing during the medication period,and the knowledge-attitude-practice group was given knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,self-care ability,quality of life and incidence of major cerebrovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance of the knowledge-attitude-practice group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The score of self-care ability in the knowledge-attitude-practice group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the KAP group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of major cerebrovascular events in the knowledge-attitude-practice group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knowledge-attitude-practice nursing intervention combined with comfort nursing can improve patients'medication compliance and self-care ability,improve patients'quality of life and reduce the incidence of major cerebrovascular events in rosuvastatin intervention of cervical vascular unstable plaques.
