结直肠癌手术患者围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物过程中应用全流程无缝隙护理的效果

摘要
目的:分析全流程无缝隙护理在结直肠癌手术患者围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物中的应用效果.方法:纳入2021 年 1 月—2023 年 9 月医院拟行结直肠癌根治术的89 例患者作为研究对象.根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(45例)和对照组(44例).对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全流程无缝隙护理,比较两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、健康状况[自测健康评定量表(SRHMS V1.0)]、相关不良反应发生情况.结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,SRHMS V1.0 各量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组围术期预防性使用抗菌药物过程中相关不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:全流程无缝隙护理应用于结直肠癌患者预防性使用抗菌药物过程中,能够缓解患者负性情绪,提高其健康状况,且能提高用药的安全性,减少相关不良反应发生.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of whole process seamless nursing in perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 89 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in the hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were included in the study.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group(45 patients)and control group(44 patients).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received whole process seamless nursing.The negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],health status[Self-rated Health Measurement Scale(SRHMS V1.0)]and related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of SRHMS V1.0 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process seamless nursing applied to the preventive use of antibiotics in patients with colorectal cancer can alleviate the negative emotions,improve their health status,improve the safety of medication,and reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions.
