Effect of Whole Process Seamless Nursing in Perioperative Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics for Patients Undergoing Colorectal Cancer Surgery
Objective:To analyze the application effect of whole process seamless nursing in perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery. Methods:A total of 89 patients who underwent radical resection of colorectal cancer in the hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were included in the study.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group(45 patients)and control group(44 patients). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received whole process seamless nursing. The negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],health status[Self-rated Health Measurement Scale(SRHMS V1.0)]and related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of SRHMS V1.0 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process seamless nursing applied to the preventive use of antibiotics in patients with colorectal cancer can alleviate the negative emotions, improve their health status, improve the safety of medication, and reduce the occurrence of related adverse reactions.
