Observation on the Effect of Internet+ and Out-of-hospital Medication Guidance Combined with Continuous Nursing in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer During Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the application effect of Internet+ and out-of-hospital medication guidance with continuous nursing on patients with non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods:From May 2022 to December 2022,85 patients with non-small cell lung cancer treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=45)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received Internet+ and out-of-hospital medication guidance with continuous nursing. The treatment compliance,self-management behavior ability, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The self-management ability and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of neutropenia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, and hemoglobin reduction between the two groups(P>0.05),while the incidence of renal dysfunction, peripheral neurotoxicity, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and liver dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet+ and out-of-hospital medication guidance with continuous nursing can improve the treatment compliance,self-management ability and quality of life of non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
