Application Effect of "Internet+Nursing Service" During Insulin Therapy in Children with Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To explore the effect of"Internet+nursing service"during continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in children with diabetes mellitus. Methods:A total of 100 children with diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random grouping method, with 50 children in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given"Internet+nursing service"nursing intervention. The changes of blood glucose value, blood glucose control effect, blood glucose standard time, daily insulin dose and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,HbAlc and fasting insulin values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the time of first blood glucose reaching the standard in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet+nursing service for diabetic mellitus children with continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin can reduce the level of blood glucose, and the effect of blood glucose control is obvious.Meanwhile,it can promote blood glucose to reach the standard, and has more obvious advantages in reducing insulin dosage and higher safety.
