Effect of Targeted Nursing on Patients with Drug-resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis during drug treatment. Methods:A total of 90 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing,45 patients)and observation group(targeted nursing,45 patients). The incidence of adverse reactions, hospitalization time and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, and the compliance was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing mode has a good effect during the drug treatment of patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve clinical compliance, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
