Investigation and Analysis on Cognition of Novel Coronavirus Infection and Vaccine Among Drug Addicts Under Compulsory Isolation
Objective:To investigate the knowledge of new coronavirus infection and vaccine among drug addicts in compulsory isolation,and to explore their willingness to receive new coronavirus vaccine.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 88 drug addicts in a drug rehabilitation center through the self-developed"Questionnaire on Knowledge of Coronavirus Infection and Willingness to Vaccinate".The questionnaire included basic personal information,cognition and attitude towards novel coronavirus infection and vaccine.Chi-square test was used to analyze the survey results.Results:Among the 88 respondents,the correct answer rate of the transmission mode of the novel coronavirus was 29.54%;the proportion of the new coronavirus vaccine that was very likely to be vaccinated and relatively likely to be vaccinated was 40.91%and 39.77%,respectively.In addition,the study found that drug addicts with high school education and above had higher knowledge of the new coronavirus and vaccine awareness,and when investigating the willingness to vaccinate,it was found that self-employed and married people were more inclined to vaccinate against the new coronavirus.Conclusion:The knowledge of new coronavirus infection and vaccine among drug addicts in compulsory isolation is generally low,but their willingness to vaccinate against new coronavirus infection is strong.
