Application Effect of Alfentanil Combined with Propofol in Colonoscopy
Objective:To observe the application of alfentanil combined with propofol in postoperative recovery quality of patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 80 patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital from July 2022 to October 2022 were selected.40 patients who used alfentanil combined with propofol were selected as the alfentanil group,and 40 patients who used sufentanil combined with propofol were selected as the sufentanil group.Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate,pulse oxygen saturation,cough,body movement,respiratory depression,orientation recovery time,recovery time,induction time,examination time,adverse reactions,recovery status and anesthesia effect at different time points after examination were compared between the two groups..Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory rate and pulse oxygen saturation at 3 min after anesthesia(T2)and at the end of examination(T3)in the two groups were lower than those before anesthesia(T1),and the respiratory rate at T2 in the alfentanil group was higher than that in the sufentanil group(P<0.05).The incidence of cough,body movement and respiratory depression in the alfentanil group was lower than that in the sufentanil group(P<0.05).The recovery time of orientation,recovery time and induction time in the alfentanil group were shorter than those in the sufentanil group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the alfentanil group was lower than that in the sufentanil group(P<0.05).The nociceptive response and activities of daily living in the alfentanil group were better than those in the sufentanil group at 15 min after the end of the examination,and the physiological function,nociceptive response,activities of daily living and cognitive function at discharge were better than those in the sufentanil group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in alfentanil group was higher than that in sufentanil group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of alfentanil combined with propofol in the quality of postoperative recovery of patients undergoing colonoscopy is ideal,which can reduce the frequency of cough,body movement and respiratory depression after anesthesia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the physiological function,nociceptive response and daily living ability of patients.
