Investigation and Analysis of Drug Use in Patients with Hypertension in a Hospital
Objective:To investigate the medication and medication compliance of patients with hypertension in a hospital,and to analyze the factors affecting medication compliance.Methods:From August 2021 to February 2023,78 patients with essential hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital were investigated,their medication status was analyzed,their medication compliance was judged,and multivariate analysis was performed.Results:Among the 78 patients,the drugs with the highest utilization rate were amlodipine besylate tablets and nifedipine sustained-release tablets,followed by arisartan cilexetil tablets and enalapril maleate tablets,and the lowest utilization rate was losartan potassium hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The types of drugs involved include calcium channel blockers,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists,compound preparations,etc.There were 32 cases of combined medication,including 28 cases of double medication,3 cases of triple medication and 1 case of quadruple medication.The most frequently used was amlodipine besylate tablets combined with losartan potassium tablets,with a total of 12 cases,accounting for 15.38%.Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,age,public health care,combined medication,combined diseases,smoking and so on were all important factors affecting the medication compliance of patients with hypertension in a hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are various types of medication for patients with hypertension in a hospital,and most of them use combined medication.The medication compliance needs to be improved.Education level,age,free medical care,combined medication,combined disease and smoking are all important factors affecting the medication compliance of patients with hypertension in a hospital.
