Intervention Effect of Timeliness Incentive Mode Combined with Intensive Respiratory Function Training in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease During Budesonide Formoterol Inhalation Treatment
Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of timeliness incentive mode combined with intensive respiratory function training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during budesonide formoterol inhalation treatment.Methods:From February 2020 to March 2023,100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 patients in each group.The two groups of patients received budesonide formoterol inhalation treatment,the control group was treated with respiratory function intensive training,and the study group was treated with timeliness incentive mode combined with respiratory function intensive training.The lung function indexes,respiratory indexes and quality of life indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The respiratory score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of timeliness incentive mode combined with respiratory function intensive training combined with budesonide formoterol inhalation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better,which can effectively improve the lung function of the body,ensure smooth breathing and improve the overall quality of life.
