Observation on the Effect of Omeprazole and Pantoprazole Combined with Amoxicillin in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer
Objective:To compare the effect of omeprazole and pantoprazole combined with amoxicillin in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods:A total of 74 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The control group(n=37)was treated with omeprazole, and the observation group(n=37)was treated with pantoprazole. The remission time of clinical symptoms, serum D-lactic acid(DLC),endotoxin(BT),diamine oxidase(DAO),interleukin-17(IL-17),gastric mucosal release of endothelin-1(ET-1)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1),and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The disappearance time of epigastric pain, anorexia, acid reflux, chills and warm symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of TIMP-1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of DLC,DAO,BT,ET-1 and IL-17 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 75.68%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with omeprazole, pantoprazole can improve the gastric mucosal barrier function of patients with gastric ulcer, shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, effectively regulate serum indicators, and the clinical effect is more accurate.
