Effect Observation of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets Combined with Losartan Potassium in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension
Objective:To study the effect of nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of 82 patients with essential hypertension managed by our center from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium alone,and the observation group was combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets.The clinical symptoms,24 h systolic blood pressure,urinary microalbumin(U-mALB),24 h diastolic blood pressure,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),adiponectin and homocysteine(Hcy)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of dry mouth and bitter mouth,loss of appetite,dizziness and head weight,red face and red eyes,fatigue,impatience and irritability,chest tightness and nausea in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 24 h systolic blood pressure,U-mALB and 24 h diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF,adiponectin and Hcy in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine controlled release tablets combined with losartan potassium is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can stabilize blood pressure level and improve serum VEGF,adiponectin,Hcy levels,and is worthy of clinical application.
