摘要
目的:探究不同药物方案在先天性心脏病术后心功能降低患儿中的应用价值.方法:选取 2022 年 3 月—2023年 3 月本院收治的先天性心脏病术后心功能降低患儿 110例,根据随机数字表法分成两组,其中左西孟旦组(n=55)接受左西孟旦治疗,常规组(n=55)接受常规治疗,比较两组治疗前后血流动力学[心率(HR)、中心静脉压(CVP)]、血液代谢指标[肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、N端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)]、血管活性指标[心排血指数(CI)、血管活性药物评分(VIS)]变化.结果:治疗后,左西孟旦组HR低于常规组(P<0.05);左西孟旦组HR、cTnI、NT-proBNP、VIS低于常规组,CI高于常规组(P<0.05).结论:左西孟旦可有效改善CHD术后心功能降低患儿心功能,缓解血流动力学,改善预后,具有积极意义.
Abstract
Objective:To study the value of different drug regimens in children with reduced cardiac function after congenital heart disease surgery.Methods:A total of 110 children with reduced cardiac function after congenital heart disease surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The levosimendan group(n=55)was treated with levosimendan,and the conventional group(n=55)was treated with conventional treatment.The changes of hemodynamics[heart rate(HR),central venous pressure(CVP)],blood metabolism indexes[cardiac troponin I(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)],vascular activity indexes[cardiac output index(CI),vasoactive drug score(VIS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the HR of the levosimendan group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).HR,cTnI,NT-proBNP and VIS in levosimendan group were lower than those in routine group,and CI was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan can effectively improve cardiac function,relieve hemodynamics and improve prognosis in children with reduced cardiac function after CHD surgery,which has positive significance.
