Effect of Different Drug Regimens in the Treatment of Children with Reduced Cardiac Function After Congenital Heart Disease Surgery
Objective:To study the value of different drug regimens in children with reduced cardiac function after congenital heart disease surgery. Methods:A total of 110 children with reduced cardiac function after congenital heart disease surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The levosimendan group(n=55)was treated with levosimendan, and the conventional group(n=55)was treated with conventional treatment. The changes of hemodynamics[heart rate(HR),central venous pressure(CVP)],blood metabolism indexes[cardiac troponin I(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)],vascular activity indexes[cardiac output index(CI),vasoactive drug score(VIS)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the HR of the levosimendan group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).HR,cTnI,NT-proBNP and VIS in levosimendan group were lower than those in routine group, and CI was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan can effectively improve cardiac function, relieve hemodynamics and improve prognosis in children with reduced cardiac function after CHD surgery, which has positive significance.
