Analysis of Professor HUANG Li's Medication in the Treatment of Hypertension and Medical Cases
Objective:To analyze Professor HUANG Li's medical case prescriptions of treating hypertension and to summarize the experience of medication.Methods:The medical cases of hypertension treated by Professor HUANG Li's were collected,and the frequency method of SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the frequency of the patient's general situation,the single herb and common prescriptions.Results:Among the 112 hypertension cases age 50 and above accounted for 79.46%,under 50 years old,18 were males,accounting for 31.58%of the total males,and 5 were females,accounting for 9.09%of the total females;the main symptoms were dizziness,headache,distension,insomnia,palpitation,etc;the top 6 use frequency of single herbs were Chuanxiong,Gegen,Longgu,Muli,Tianma,Gouteng;the highest frequently used prescription was Tianma Gouteng Decoction.Conclusion:The majority of patients are 50 years old and above,and there are more males than females in patients younger than 50 years old.Head symptoms and insomnia,palpitations are the main clinical manifestations;Professor HUANG Li's treatment of hypertension focuses on calming the liver and suppressing yang,taking into account the application of drugs for tranquilizing the mind,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Tianma Gouteng Decoction is the most widely used,and flexible addition and subtraction is the key to ensure the curative effect.
