Effect of Anweiyang Capsule Assisted Bismuth Quadruple Regimen in the Treatment of HP Positive Peptic Ulcer
Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of Anweiyang capsule combined with bismuth quadruple regimen in patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)positive peptic ulcer.Methods:A total of 104 patients with HP positive peptic ulcer diagnosed and treated in Gucheng County People's Hospital from December 2022 to July 2023 were divided into control group and experimental group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth quadruple therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Anweiyang capsule combined with bismuth quadruple therapy.The overall efficacy,HP eradication rate,oxidative stress and inflammatory response indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.31%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of HP in the experimental group was 84.62%,which was higher than 67.31%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum malondialdehyde(MDA),lipid peroxide(LPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anweiyang capsule combined with bismuth quadruple regimen in the treatment of HP positive peptic ulcer can enhance the curative effect,improve the eradication rate of HP,and reduce the levels of oxidative stress and inflammatory response indexes.
