Effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid Coating on Diabetic Foot Patients and its Effect on Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels
Objective:To investigate the effect of compound Huangbai liquid coating in the adjuvant treatment of patients with diabetic foot and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 103 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the operation group(n=51)and the combined group(n=52).The operation group was treated with Ilizarov technique transverse tibial bone transport,and the combined group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid coating on the basis of the operation group.The wound healing,CTA examination of both lower limbs and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation,the ulcer wounds in both groups were reduced,and the ulcer wounds in the combined group were lower than those in the operation group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after operation,the inner diameter and blood flow of dorsalis pedis artery in the two groups increased,and the average blood flow rate decreased,while the inner diameter and blood flow of dorsalis pedis artery in the combined group were higher than those in the operation group,and the average blood flow rate was lower than that in the operation group(P<0.05).The levels of Hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased,and IL-4 increased,while the levels of Hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the combined group were lower than those in the operation group,and IL-4 was higher than that in the operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of compound Huangbai liquid coating can improve the blood circulation of dorsal foot in patients with diabetic foot,reduce the ulcer wound,and regulate the level of serum inflammatory factors.
