Effect of Bone Peptide Injection Combined with Anti-bone Hyperplasia Capsule in the Treatment of Knee Joint Bone Hyperplasia
Objective:To observe the effect and safety of bone peptide injection combined with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule in the treatment of knee joint bone hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 92 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Luyi Zhenyuan Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was treated with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule,and the observation group was treated with bone peptide injection combined with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule.The clinical efficacy,immune function,inflammatory factors,knee joint function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD8+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm scores of pain,swelling,squatting and limp in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.52%,which was lower than 21.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone peptide injection combined with anti-bone hyperplasia capsule is effective in the treatment of knee joint hyperosteogeny,which can effectively improve the immune function and inflammatory response of the body,promote the recovery of knee joint function,and has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
