芩连清心饮治疗痰热互结型不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察芩连清心饮治疗痰热互结型不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月—2023 年 1 月于湖南省直中医院心血管科就诊的痰热互结型UA患者 80 例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各 40 例.对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用芩连清心饮治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、每周硝酸甘油用量、每周心绞痛持续时间、TC、LDL-C、CIMT.结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组每周硝酸甘油用量、每周心绞痛持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TC与LDL-C水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CIMT低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在常规治疗基础上加用芩连清心饮能够减轻痰热互结UA患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,降低血脂水平,延缓动脉粥样硬化进展,减少斑块形成.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qinlian Qingxin Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of phlegm-heat accumulation type.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,80 patients with UA of phlegm-heat type who were treated in the Department of Cardiology,Hunan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qinlian Qingxin Decoction on this basis.The TCM symptom scores,weekly nitroglycerin dosage,weekly angina pectoris duration,TC,LDL-C and CIMT were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The weekly nitroglycerin dosage and weekly duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CIMT of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Qinlian Qingxin Decoction can reduce the clinical symptoms of UA patients with phlegm-heat accumulation,improve clinical efficacy,reduce blood lipid levels,delay the progression of atherosclerosis,and reduce plaque formation.
