目的:探讨湿润烧伤膏联合臭氧水治疗手部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者的效果.方法:选取2022年10月—2022年2月本院收治的 60 例手部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组 30 例.对照组行单纯臭氧水治疗,观察组行臭氧水+湿润烧伤膏治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平[白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、创面疼痛的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和愈合时间、预后皮肤温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分.结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面VAS评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤VSS各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在手部深Ⅱ度烧伤患者治疗中,联合应用臭氧水与湿润烧伤膏可大大降低局部炎症反应,促进创面创面愈合并减轻疼痛,减少瘢痕形成,取得较为确切的治疗效果.
Clinical Effect of Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment Combined with Ozone Water in the Treatment of Deep Second Degree Burn of Hand
Objective:To explore the effect of moisture exposed burn ointment combined with ozone water in the treatment of deep second degree burn of hand.Methods:From October 2022 to February 2022,60 patients with deep second degree burn of hand were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ozone water alone,and the observation group was treated with ozone water+moisture exposed burn ointment.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)],visual analogue scale(VAS)of wound pain,healing time,and prognostic skin Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of skin VSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with deep second degree burn of hand,the combined application of ozone water and moisture exposed burn ointment can greatly reduce the local inflammatory reaction,improve the wound healing,relieve pain,reduce scar formation,and achieve a more definite therapeutic effect.
