Effect of Newman System Model Combined with Central Nursing Model in Patients with Lung Cancer During the Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the application of Newman system model combined with central nursing model in the nursing of patients with lung cancer During the interventional therapy combined with fluorouracil perfusion period. Methods:A total of 104 patients with lung cancer treated by interventional therapy combined with fluorouracil perfusion in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 52 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given Newman system model combined with central nursing model. The psychological and physiological stress response,cancer-related fatigue,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The SAS score,SDS score, heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of cancer-related fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with lung cancer intervention combined with fluorouracil perfusion therapy, the Newman system model combined with the central system nursing model can reduce the psychological and physiological stress response and cancer-related fatigue, improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
