Intervention Effect of "Internet+" Combined Segmented Nursing in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the application of rational drug use in patients with chronic renal failure based on"Internet+"combined segmented nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 102 patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects by random number table method,and they were divided into two groups.The control group(51 patients)adopted the method of segmented nursing intervention,and the study group(51 patients)adopted the method of"Internet+"combined segmented nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction degree of nursing intervention,self-efficacy of rational drug use,self-management and health knowledge of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.08%,which was higher than 78.43%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of rational drug use self-efficacy in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management and health knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the"Internet+"combined segmented nursing intervention,the prognosis of disease treatment is better,the satisfaction of patients in the nursing process is higher,and the self-efficacy of rational drug use can be improved,the self-management ability of patients can be enhanced,and the recovery of the disease can be promoted.
