摘要
目的:探讨追踪方法学下的康复护理模式在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭中的应用价值.方法:选取2022年8月—2023年10月本院诊治的急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例和观察组40例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予追踪方法学下的康复护理,比较两组心理状态、自我护理能力、并发症发生率、生活质量.结果:护理 1个月后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:追踪方法学下的康复护理模式应用在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭护理中可提升预后效果,改善患者心理状态及自我护理能力,减轻对生活质量的影响.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing model under tracking methodology in acute myocardial infarction combined with heart failure.Methods:Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure treated in our hospital from August 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received rehabilitation care based on tracking methodology.The psychological status,self-care ability,incidence of complications,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After one month of nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rehabilitation nursing model under tracking methodology in the nursing of acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure can improve the prognosis,improve the patient's psychological state and self-care ability,and reduce the impact on quality of life.
