Observation on the Effect of Precise Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction During Edaravone Injection Treatment Period
Objective:Explore the effect of Effect of precise rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction during edaravone injection treatment period.Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated with edaravone injection in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 34 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given precise rehabilitation nursing.The motor function[Fugl-Meyer(FMA)],balance ability[Berg balance scale(BBS)score],walking ability[Holden functional ambulation category scale(FAC)classification],daily living ability[modified Barthel index(MBI)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The FMA score,BBS score,FAC grade and MBI score of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the reference group at 4 and 8 weeks of nursing(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute cerebral infarction during edaravone injection treatment period,the precise rehabilitation nursing program can effectively improve the patient's motor function,balance ability,walking ability and daily living ability,and the patient's satisfaction is high.
