Effect of Rational Emotional Behavior Intervention on Patients with Threatened Abortion During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of rational emotional behavior nursing in the treatment of threatened abortion patients with dydrogesterone tablets treatment.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,78 patients with threatened abortion who were treated by progesterone tablets in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(39 patients)and reference group(39 patients).The reference group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given rational emotional behavior nursing.The negative emotions[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)],quality of life[The Fertility Quality of Life(FertiQoL)],adverse reactions,abortion rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the FertiQoL score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions and abortion rate in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with threatened abortion during dydrogesterone tablets treatment period,rational emotional behavior nursing is helpful to eliminate anxiety and depression,improve sleep quality and quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and abortion rate,and improve nursing satisfaction.
