Intervention Effect of Quality Control Circle Group Activities with the Theme of Standardized Medication on Parkinson's Disease Patients with Madopar Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle group activities with the theme of standardized medication on the medication compliance,missed medication rate and self-management behavior of Madopar in Parkinson's disease patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,45 patients with Parkinson's disease who received routine management in our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group,and 45 patients with Parkinson's disease who were managed in the quality control circle group activities with the theme of standardized medication in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were included in the quality control circle group.The medication compliance,missed medication rate,medication belief,self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of medication compliance,medication belief scale,self-health management questionnaire and nursing satisfaction in the quality control circle group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of missed administration in the quality control circle group was 11.11%,which was lower than 28.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle group activity with the theme of standardized medication can improve the medication compliance of Parkinson's disease patients with Madopar,reduce the rate of missed medication and improve their self-management ability and satisfaction.
