Intervention Effect of Multimodal Nursing During Flurbiprofen Axetil Analgesia After Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective:To explore the effect of multimodal nursing intervention on postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty. Methods:A total of 118 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty and received postoperative drug analgesia in the Department of Orthopedics,Xinxiang Central Hospital/the Fourth Clinical Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 59 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given multi-mode nursing intervention. The VAS score,Ramsay score,HSS score, abduction ROM and recovery were compared between the two groups. Results:The VAS score and Ramsay score of the observation group at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HSS score and abduction ROM of the observation group at 3 d,7 d,10 d and 15 d after operation were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24 h sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the time of first ambulation, the time of knee flexion≥90° and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multimodal nursing intervention can reduce the pain during the analgesic treatment of flurbiprofen axetil after total knee arthroplasty, accelerate the recovery of knee joint function, improve knee joint mobility, and shorten the postoperative recovery time.
