The Prescription Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cognitive Impairment Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform
Objective:To explore the prescription rules and medication characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cognitive impairment.Methods:Taking China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as the data source,the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)was used to analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cognitive impairment in the past five years.Results:According to the retrieval,collation and analysis,151 prescriptions,188 traditional Chinese medicines,6 high-frequency medicines,8 pairs of commonly used medicines,5 medication rules and 8 potential new prescriptions were summarized.The drugs for treating cognitive impairment were mainly nourishing yin and tonifying kidney,resolving phlegm and opening orifices,removing blood stasis and dampness.The four qi was the most warm,the five flavors were the most sweet,and the liver meridian was the most meridian.Conclusion:Data mining method can objectively present the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cognitive impairment,and provide ideas for clinical treatment and new drug research and development.
