Effect of Buerger Exercise Intervention on Patients with Tibiofibular Fracture During the Rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine After Operation
Objective:To explore the effect of Buerger exercise intervention on patients with tibiofibular fracture during postoperative rehabilitation with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:A total of 82 patients with tibiofibular fracture surgery admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected and treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction.According to different nursing modes, they were divided into reference group and study group, with 41 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with routine exercise nursing, and the study group was treated with Buerger exercise nursing. The degree of pain, the circumference difference between the affected limb and the healthy limb, the blood flow parameters of the dorsal artery of the foot, the limb function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation, the VAS score in the exercise state and the VAS score in the resting state of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).On the 5th and 7th day after operation,,the circumference difference and resistance index(RI)of the affected limb and healthy limb in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and FD was higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine after operation,Buerger exercise nursing can effectively improve the blood flow state and limb function of the affected limb in patients with tibiofibular fracture surgery, reduce pain, prevent complications, and the application effect is significant.
