摘要
目的:研究在黑色素瘤患者化疗期间对其实施综合性干预的作用.方法:选取 2022 年 3 月—2023 年 3 月本院收治的 98 例黑色素瘤患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49).观察组应用综合性干预,对照组应用常规干预,比较两组用药知识、服药依从性及合理用药自我效能.结果:干预 1 个月后,观察组用药知识知晓率、MMAS-8 评分、SEAMS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:综合性干预有助于提高黑色素瘤患者口服化疗药物的服药依从性及合理用药自我效能,且患者服药知识水平较高.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive intervention in melanoma patients during chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 98 patients with melanoma admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The medication knowledge,medication compliance and self-efficacy of rational drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of nursing,the awareness rate of medication knowledge,MMAS-8 score and SEAMS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can help improve the medication compliance and rational drug self-efficacy of oral chemotherapy drugs in melanoma patients,and the patients'drug knowledge level is high.
