Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Melanoma During Chemotherapy
Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive intervention in melanoma patients during chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 98 patients with melanoma admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the control group was treated with routine nursing. The medication knowledge, medication compliance and self-efficacy of rational drug use were compared between the two groups. Results:After 1 month of nursing, the awareness rate of medication knowledge,MMAS-8 score and SEAMS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can help improve the medication compliance and rational drug self-efficacy of oral chemotherapy drugs in melanoma patients, and the patients'drug knowledge level is high.
