Effect of Ambroxol Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods:A total of 95 patients with neonatal pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=50)according to different treatment methods. The control group was given routine treatment, and the study group was treated with ambroxol+budesonide on the basis of routine treatment. The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reactions, serum inflammatory factors, pulmonary ventilation function and arterial blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PaO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,PCT and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of budesonide and ambroxol can enhance the disease control effect of neonatal pneumonia children, effectively reduce the symptoms and inflammatory reactions of patients, and improve the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas status of patients, with few adverse reactions and good safety.
