Effect of Levonorgestrel Intrauterine Sustained Release System in the Treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Caused by Ovulation Disorder
Objective:To investigate the hemostatic effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder. Methods:A total of 97 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulation disorder admitted to our department from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=49)by envelope method. The control group was treated with desogestrel tablets, and the observation group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system. The levels of estrogen[luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)],uterine changes(endometrial thickness, uterine volume),hemostatic effect(hemoglobin, menstrual blood loss chart,1/2 time of blood volume reduction, time of complete hemostasis)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, blood volume decreased by 1/2 time, complete hemostasis time,Hb level, endometrial thickness and uterine volume in observation group were less than those in control group, and PBAC,E2,LH and FSH levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system can effectively regulate the estrogen level of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder, improve the internal condition of the uterus, and then improve the hemostatic effect, with higher drug safety.
