Observation on the Effect of Preoperative Application of Conbercept in Patients with Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy
Objective:To study the effect of preoperative application of conbercept in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods:A total of 200 patients with PDR admitted to the hospital from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 patients in each group. All patients were treated with modified fundus laser photocoagulation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with conbercept before operation. The visual acuity[best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),mean visual field defect(MD)],central retinal artery blood flow index[pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)and mean blood flow velocity(MV)],macular blood flow density index[deep capillary plexus(DCP),shallow capillary plexus(SCP)]of the two groups were detected before and 2 months after operation, and the occurrence of complications during 2 months after operation was recorded. Results:At 2 months after operation, the BCVA,MV,DCP and SCP indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the MD,PI,RI indexes and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with PDR,conbercept combined with modified fundus laser photocoagulation is more conducive to the recovery of visual acuity, regulation of central retinal artery blood flow and macular blood flow density, and can reduce the risk of surgery and postoperative complications to a certain extent.
