拉坦前列素联合布林佐胺治疗青光眼的效果

摘要
目的:探析在青光眼治疗中联合拉坦前列素、布林佐胺治疗对患者视力、眼压及不良反应的影响.方法:选取本院 2021 年 1 月—2024 年 1 月收治的青光眼患者(116 例),以数字随机表法分为对照组(n=58,布林佐胺治疗)和联合组(n=58,布林佐胺+拉坦前列素治疗).比较两组临床效果、视力、眼压及不良反应发生情况.结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后视力高于对照组,眼压低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在青光眼患者中运用联合方案(布林佐胺+拉坦前列素)治疗可提高疗效,促进改善患者的视力、眼压水平,且联合用药不会明显提高不良反应,安全性良好.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined treatment with latanoprost and brinzolamide on visual acuity,intraocular pressure and adverse reactions in patients with glaucoma.Methods:A total of 116 patients with glaucoma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=58,brinzolamide treatment)and combined group(n=58,brinzolamide+latanoprost treatment)by digital random table method.The clinical effect,visual acuity,intraocular pressure and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined regimen(brinzolamide+latanoprost)can improve the curative effect of glaucoma patients,improve the visual acuity and intraocular pressure level of patients,and the combined medication will not significantly improve the adverse reactions,and the safety is good.
