Clinical Efficacy of Yijing Decoction Combined with Intermediate Frequency Acupoint Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Asthenospermia
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yijing prescription combined with intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of asthenospermia.Methods:A total of 200 patients with asthenospermia who were treated in the South District of Guang'anmen Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group received intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation,and the observation group received Yijing decoction combined with intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation.The clinical efficacy,sperm quality and reproductive hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(85.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The sperm concentration,percentage of normal morphological sperm and percentage of forward moving sperm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone and gonadotropin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yijing decoction combined with intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of asthenospermia can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the sperm quality and reproductive hormone level of patients,with fewer adverse reactions and safe and reliable medication.
