Effect of Qufeng Ningfei Powder Combined with Fluticasone Propionate in the Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma with Wind Pathogen Invading Lung Syndrome
Objective:To study the effect of Qufeng Ningfei powder combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma with wind pathogen invading lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 92 children with cough variant asthma with wind pathogen invading lung syndrome admitted to Wugang People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment schemes,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluticasone propionate,and the observation group was treated with Qufeng Ningfei powder combined with fluticasone propionate.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,blood gas analysis indexes[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)],serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),soluble programmed death ligand 1(sPD-L1),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.65%,which was higher than 80.43%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).PaO2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IgE,TGF-β1 and TLR4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of sPD-L1 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Ningfei powder is effective in the adjuvant treatment of children with cough variant asthma with wind pathogen invading lung syndrome,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,regulate blood gas indexes,and promote the recovery of the disease.It is safe and feasible.
