摩罗丹配合西咪替丁治疗应激性溃疡的疗效及对患者血清COX-2、HIF-1α水平的影响

摘要
目的:探讨摩罗丹配合西咪替丁治疗应激性溃疡的临床效果.方法:将92例于2023年1月—2023年7月在谷城县人民医院诊治的应激性溃疡患者以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组46 例.对照组采用西咪替丁治疗,试验组采用摩罗丹配合西咪替丁治疗.比较两组治疗后总体疗效,病情相关指标及血清环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)水平.结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组的78.26%(P<0.05);试验组pH高于对照组,腹痛评分、黑便量低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血清COX-2、HIF-1α水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:摩罗丹配合西咪替丁用于治疗应激性溃疡可获得确切增益效果,促进病情改善,同时能降低血清COX-2、HIF-1α水平.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Moluodan combined with cimetidine in the treatment of stress ulcer.Methods:A total of 92 patients with stress ulcer diagnosed and treated in Gucheng County People's Hospital from January 2023 to July 2023 were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cimetidine,and the experimental group was treated with moluodan combined with cimetidine.The overall efficacy,disease-related indicators and serum cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.48%,which was higher than 78.26%of the control group(P<0.05).The pH value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the abdominal pain score and black stool volume were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum COX-2 and HIF-1α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moluodan combined with cimetidine in the treatment of stress ulcer can obtain the exact gain effect,promote the improvement of the disease,and reduce the levels of serum COX-2 and HIF-1α.
