Effect Observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsules Combined with Shenmai Injection in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease
Objective:To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsules combined with Shenmai injection in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 108 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Lushan Street Community Health Service Center of Hedong District of Tianjin from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Shenmai injection,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu capsule combined with Shenmai injection.The TCM syndrome scores,cardiac function[left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)],inflammatory factors[matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9),interleukin-8(IL-8),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of chest pain,shortness of breath,sticky sensation in the mouth,chest tightness and fatigue burnout in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).LVESV,SV,LVEDD,LVEF,CI and LVESD in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum MMP-9,IL-8,sICAM-1 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu capsule combined with Shenmai injection has a positive effect on relieving clinical symptoms,improving cardiac function and inhibiting inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
