Effect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Blood-heat Psoriasis
Objective:To explore the application effect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in blood-heat psoriasis.Methods:A total of 86 patients with psoriasis admitted to Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The therapeutic effect,PASI score,quality of life,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PASI score and DLQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of skin lesions,itching,red tongue and upset in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the therapeutic effect of blood-heat psoriasis,reduce PASI score,improve quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
