Effect of Huanshaodan Assisted Rehabilitation Training on Vascular Dementia with H-type Hypertension
Objective:To study the effect of Huanshaodan assisted rehabilitation training on vascular dementia(VD)with H-type hypertension and its effect on inflammatory factors and cognitive function.Methods:A total of 150 patients with VD and H-type hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(75 patients)and Huanshaodan group(75 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy+rehabilitation training,and the Huanshaodan group was treated with Huanshaodan+conventional drug therapy+rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,mental state scale(MMSE),modified Barthel index(MBI),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score,ambulatory blood pressure[24 h systolic blood pressure coefficient of variation(24 hSBPCV),24 h diastolic blood pressure coefficient of variation(24 hDBPCV)],vascular endothelial function indexes[nitric oxide(NO),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin(ET-1)],serum homocysteine(Hcy)and inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.33%,which was higher than 74.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,MBI and MoCA in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 24 hSBPCV and 24 hDBPCV in Huanshaodan group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum ET-1 in Huanshaodan group was lower than that in control group,and the levels of serum VEGF and NO were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum Hcy,hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-1β in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huanshaodan assisted rehabilitation training combined with enalapril in the treatment of VD patients with H-type hypertension can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,enhance the vascular endothelial function,mental state,cognitive function and daily living ability,inhibit the inflammatory response and reduce blood pressure.
