Effect Analysis of Trimetazidine Combined with Kudiezi Injection in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris
Objective:To study the effect of trimetazidine combined with Kudiezi injection on unstable angina pectoris. Methods:A total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with trimetazidine, and the observation group was combined with Kudiezi injection. The levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),stroke volume(SV),ratio of early diastolic blood flow peak to late diastolic blood flow peak(E/A),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM symptom score, soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were compared between the two groups. Results:The LVEDD,SV,E/A,and LVEF of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores of fatigue, chest pain, chest tightness, chills, palpitations, and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of sICAM-1,cTnT,MMP-9,and NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with Kudiezi injection can effectively improve cardiac function and alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and its mechanism may be related to the downregulation of serum sICAM-1,cTnT,MMP-9,and NT proBNP levels.
