Observation on the Effect of Modified Shenqi Jianpi Yishen Decoction Combined with Valsartan Capsule in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of valsartan capsules combined with modified Shenqi Jianpi Yishen decoction in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods:A total of 82 CGN patients admitted to the Department of Nephropathy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into group A(41 patients with valsartan capsule)and group B(41 patients with valsartan capsule plus modified Shenqi Jianpi Yishen decoction).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,renal function index,immune function index and inflammatory factor index of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of group B was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,renal function index,immune function index and inflammatory factor index in group B were better than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of valsartan capsule and modified Shenqi Jianpi Yishen decoction can achieve more ideal therapeutic effect in CGN patients,and has positive effects on improving clinical symptoms,renal function,immune function and inflammatory response.
