Observation on the Curative Effect of Three-stage Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Exercise Therapy in the Treatment of Distal Radius Fracture
Objective:To explore the effect of three-stage syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods:A total of 100 patients with distal radius fractures who were treated in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,Longyan People's Hospital of Fujian Province from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into combined group(n=50)and control group(n=50)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fracture three-stage dialectical medication combined with splint external fixation for distal radius fractures.The control group began routine functional exercise after the removal of external fixation,and the combined group immediately used exercise therapy for early functional exercise after fracture reduction.The swelling regression and splint removal healing time,pain VAS score,wrist function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of swelling regression and splint removal in the combined group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of wrist joint in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The application of three-stage syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of distal radius fracture has a good effect,which can effectively promote the reduction of fracture swelling,shorten the time of splint removal and healing,and alleviate the patient's pain,promote wrist function recovery.
