Application Effect of 5A Nursing Model Based on Self-management Orientation in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage During the Nimodipine Treatment
Objective:To explore the application effect of self-management oriented 5A nursing mode in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during nimodipine nimodipine treatment. Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. All patients were treated with nimodipine. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention during the treatment period, and the observation group was treated with 5A nursing mode intervention based on self-management orientation. The neurological function score,self-care ability score, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Scale(mRS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Self-Care Ability Scale(ESCA)and General Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of 5A nursing model based on self-management orientation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during nimodipine treatment is good, which can improve the neurological function,self-care ability, quality of life of patients, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high.
