Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Medical Community Sharing Platform in Patients with Bronchial Asthma Treated with Budesonide
Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on the medical community sharing platform during the treatment of budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods:A total of 79 patients with bronchial asthma who received budesonide treatment in our hospital from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected.Among them,39 patients who received routine care from September 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the control group, and 40 patients who received continuity care based on the shared platform of the medical community from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study group. The treatment compliance, knowledge mastery, chronic disease self-efficacy scale(CDSES)score, asthma control test scale(ACT)score,Beck depression inventory(BDI-21)score,and Beck anxiety inventory(BAI)score were compared between the two groups. Results:The excellent rate of medication compliance and knowledge mastery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of intervention, the CDSES score and ACT score in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the BDI-21 score and BAI score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of budesonide in patients with bronchial asthma, continuous nursing based on the medical community sharing platform can help improve asthma symptoms, improve medication compliance and knowledge mastery, and enhance self-efficacy and reduce negative emotions.
