Application Effect of Nursing Pathway of Children's Diabetes Specialist Ward Based on School Education Mode in the Process of Drug Treatment of Children with Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing pathway in children's diabetes mellitus specialist ward based on school education mode on blood glucose control of insulin subcutaneous continuous injection.Methods:A total of 100 children with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 children in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group adopted the nursing path of children's diabetes mellitus specialist ward based on school education mode.The blood glucose index,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia,skin infection and ketoacidosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nursing pathway in children's diabetes mellitus specialist ward based on school education mode for children with diabetes is obvious,which can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,facilitate blood glucose control,reduce the incidence of nursing risk,and improve nursing satisfaction.
