Effect of Stepwise Nursing During the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction with Dual Antiplatelet Drugs
Objective:To observe the application effect of stepwise nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction during dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT).Methods:The data of 81 patients with cerebral infarction who completed treatment and nursing intervention in the hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients completed routine symptomatic support treatment and DAPT treatment after admission.During DAPT treatment,40 patients who received routine nursing were included in the control group, and 41 patients who received stepwise nursing were included in the observation group. The neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)assessment],medication compliance[the 8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8)]and self-care ability[the Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)Scale]were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of ESCA dimensions were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall medication compliance and total compliance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stepwise nursing intervention during DAPT treatment in patients with cerebral infarction is more conducive to promoting patients'medication compliance and self-care ability, and the improvement of patients'neurological function is better.
